Parker has competed through the preliminary level in eventing.  Parker has good gaits, comfortable to ride and has an incredible jump and gallop that makes XC easy for him- this guy wants a brave YR to teach about the upper levels of eventing.  Does need some maintenance but is ready to compete.   He is qualified for a 2*-L and will continue in training with an FEI on the schedule for spring, unless he sells.
