Facilities

The farm is a 27-acre equestrian facility that is designed with the event horse in mind. It includes 18 stalls, a giant indoor arena (150×85) a round pen, a cross country course, gallop track, 3 heated tack rooms, grooming stalls, hot water wash rack, individual tack lockers, a heated viewing area as well as a kitchen and bathroom.

We offer full-care boarding, lessons and training. In addition, the facility can be rented for clinics and shows. We also offer Pony Club certifications.

Cross Country Course

Our cross-country course consists of grass hopper up through training level, with a beautiful water complex with 3 banks.  We have inviting logs, banks, ditches, small ditch and walls, skinnies, novice and training level gallop fences as well as lots of options for schooling technical questions needed at the upper levels but at a smaller height- corners, angles, skinnies, banks and lots of terrain to get confident with.

Cross-country schooling is available by appointment only.

$30 per horse and rider combination with an approved trainer and signed release on file.
$25 per horse and rider for groups larger then 10.
Cross-Country Lessons are also available with Anni at Grand Farms.

Boarding

Horses are fed high quality timothy 3x a day, grain and owner provided supplements 2x daily plus supplemented with alfalfa as needed.  Hay is tested 2x per year as well, to make sure all horses are getting the proper nutrition needs.  We offer day time and night time turn out options, plus have the option of pasture board for a few horses.

Pony Club Certifications
$35 haul-in per rider for certifications that include XC.
$25 haul-in per rider for certifications that only use the arena. 
5 stalls available for rental. $20 day use, $30 overnight use. 

Day use of the facility
$400 for use of the indoor and show jumps for a day clinics.
